- 3.5 ounces of 70% dark chocolate (100g)
Instructions:
First, in a bowl, mix the coconut milk with the plain yogurt. To achieve a creamier texture, opt for unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Tip: If you’re using regular yogurt, you’ll need to strain it to remove excess whey. To do this, place it in a strainer over a glass dish, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. After that, use only the thicker part.
Next, add your preferred culinary sweetener. You can substitute it with honey, demerara sugar, or brown sugar if you like.
Then, mix all the ingredients well until you get a creamy texture. After that, transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate it for a while to firm up.
