Ingredients :
- 200g biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 5 Eggs
- 700g cream cheese
- 100g (12 cups) sugar
- 150g melted chocolate
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 40 g (1/3 cup) hazelnut beads
Methods
In a bowl, mix the ground biscuits with melted butter, transfer to a baking tray and press.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg, gs, and sugar.
Pour pressed biscuits. Bake at 160 ° C (320 ° F) for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip into a mix of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
